Viva Energy’s CEO, Scott Wyatt, featured this week in the national media highlighting how the company is closing the gender pay gap.
The company is also deliberately working towards growing the number of women they employ, including as jet refuellers and in roles at the Geelong refinery. Four years ago, women made up less than 10 per cent in Geelong; now more than a quarter of the site’s team are women.
