GMC membership provides connection, knowledge sharing among peers, tailored training and advocacy.

As part of this mission, members can participate in specialised networks – or knowledge clusters.  These offer communities of practice and allow more targeted discussions for your team members.  The knowledge clusters aim to:

1. Share knowledge among a trusted group of peers.
2. Discuss and help solve common challenges. 
3. Build collaborative opportunities for developing best practice in the region.

 

Innovation Network

The GMC Innovation Network supports the GMC and interested and invited GMC members to:

• Provide a consultative group to all levels of government on key industry and economic policies impacting manufacturing innovation and the commercialisation of ideas;
• Share knowledge among a senior group of experienced regional innovation leaders;
• Proactively develop new opportunities for the region;
• Provide an Innovation Network Advisory Committee to support and drive program development for industry advance. The committee also supports GMC member and industry activities, including the Technology and Innovation Summit.
