Thanks to GMC member Austeng for hosting our recent Commercial Managers group briefing and site tour. It was an inspiring morning connecting with our members and learning more about Austeng’s collaborative approach to innovation.
Members had the opportunity to see innovation in action, discovering how Austeng transforms concepts into reality through rapid prototyping, engineering design, and agile project delivery. This approach enables them to move quickly from ideas to practical solutions.
We’re fortunate to have Austeng in our region supporting innovation and helping local businesses tackle unique and challenging engineering and manufacturing problems.
The group also heard about Austeng’s strong partnerships with universities, and start-ups and emerging technology companies. These relationships are helping to drive smarter, cleaner, and more efficient solutions across the region.
The group gained insight into Austeng’s integrated operations, which combine mechanical, electrical, design, and fabrication under one roof. This model provides end-to-end capability and fast turnaround for complex projects.
Finally, the tour showcased exciting projects currently underway, including work in hydrogen, advanced materials, clean tech, and initiatives with Capricorn Power.
