Glen Pasque has 32 years of manufacturing experience across three different industries, most recently the Oil and Gas Industry with Viva Energy as Operations Manager at the Geelong Refinery. Prior to joining Viva Energy in February 2015, Glen spent 12 years with Alcoa Rolled Products at the Point Henry Aluminium Rolling Plant in Geelong Victoria and 12 years at BHP Steel at the Rolling and Coating Plant in Westernport Victoria.

Glen is an experienced Manufacturing Leader of large teams with recent roles including Engineering Manager of the Viva Energy Geelong Refinery and Plant Manager of the 60kt/year Point Henry Aluminium Rolling Plant. Prior to that, Glen was in various Engineering roles for BHP and Alcoa.

Glen’s academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering as well as a Master in Business Administration specialising in Communication and Change Leadership. In addition, he has attended Leadership education programs sponsored by Viva Energy and Alcoa, most recently a Leadership program run by the Melbourne Business School.
