The Geelong Manufacturing Council Commercial & Operations Group aims to:

1. Share knowledge among a trusted senior group of manufacturing commercial and operations managers;
2. Discuss and help solve common challenges. (These might include: approaches to ERP, MRP, TMS systems, solar operations, grants, transport and logistics models, quality management systems, business operations, lean solutions and other process improvements, sales, marketing, and supply chain challenges.)
3. Build collaborative opportunities for developing best practice in the region.
