Meet the Future of Geelong Manufacturing

October 15, 2026

The growth of GMC’s school programs is creating exciting opportunities for young people to discover careers in manufacturing, and we’d love you to be part of the journey.

Join us on 12 November when GMC’s School Programs Graduation where students, educators and industry representatives will come together to celebrate the next generation of manufacturing talent.

This year’s event will be hosted by our graduating students, who will share highlights from their transformative journey across an extended series of engaging industry visits.
Attendees will also enjoy a dynamic expert panel featuring representatives from Modularity by Rendine, Thornton Engineering, and Geelong Port, moderated by the students themselves.
Members are warmly invited to attend to see how industry engagement can shape career aspirations and help students and their parents discover the diverse and rewarding opportunities available across our region.

The impact and reach of these programs has doubled in recent years.
