Congratulations to GMC member Modularity by Rendine on being recognised as a finalist in three categories at the 2026 Master Builders Victoria Regional Building Awards – with nominations for both the Northern and Western regions.
In the Northern Region, Modularity has been nominated for Excellence in Construction of Commercial Buildings Under $5m for the Healesville Sanctuary Animal Hospital Extension, and in the $5m–$10m category for the Kindergarten on School Site in Kennington.
In the Western region, Modularity was nominated for Excellence in Construction of Commercial Buildings Under $5m for the Kindergarten on School Site at Horsham College.
These nominations highlight Modularity’s success and expertise in manufacturing, construction and delivering high-quality education and commercial infrastructure across Victoria.
