In this interactive workshop we will work with facilitator, Catherine Bell, to:
  • Explore the role of values in our leadership style, and how important they are especially during a time of crisis. Participants will have the chance to identify their top leadership values and the behaviours that support them.
  • Learn about the Levels of Language communication tool, essential for building leadership communication confidence at all levels in an organisation.
  • Examine the role of resilience, and how to build resilience to overcome difficult times for ourselves and our team
