A unique opportunity is emerging for manufacturers across the Geelong region to access a highly experienced pool of food science, engineering and innovation professionals.
Following the planned closure of the CSIRO Food Innovation Centre at Werribee in July/August and the conclusion of a number of food science and innovation activities, a significant number of highly skilled scientists, engineers, technical specialists and innovation professionals are now seeking new opportunities across the region.
These professionals bring deep capability across areas such as product development, food chemistry, food safety and quality systems, process engineering, manufacturing optimisation, sensory and consumer science, fermentation technologies, analytical sciences, packaging, pilot plant operations, and innovation/project leadership.
Many have extensive experience working directly with industry, supporting manufacturers to solve technical challenges, improve production processes, de-risk innovation, and bring new products and technologies to market.
