Congratulations to GMC Member Hanlon Industries on being named a finalist in the Future Geelong Leadership Awards – Corporate Excellence and Enterprise category.
A second-generation family-owned manufacturer that began in Geelong, Hanlon has grown from a local fabricator into an end-to-end fabrication and construction operation employing more than 150 people across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and New Zealand.
The company continues to invest in the region through structured apprenticeship pathways, targeted opportunities for adults, Indigenous individuals and women, and its Annual Apprentice Welding Competition. Hanlon also supports the broader Geelong community through partnerships with local groups including Give Where You Live, Barwon Health Foundation, GenU, Headstart, G Force and Northern Futures.
