Avalon Airport has achieved a major milestone, welcoming the first scheduled Saudia Cargo service to Avalon Cargo Melbourne and establishing Australia’s first direct scheduled cargo connection with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Arriving just one month after Avalon signed an MOU with the Australia Saudi Logistics Alliance, the service marks a significant step in Avalon’s growth as an international aviation, logistics and trade gateway.
This achievement strengthens Avalon’s role in supporting faster, more efficient supply chains between Australia, the Middle East and global markets, while opening a new chapter in trade between Australia and Saudi Arabia.
