This webinar, facilitated by Diversity & Inclusion expert, Dr Bree Gorman,  is open to women & men, whether in a formal leadership role or those interested in how to approach a discussions about diversity and inclusion with their manager.

  • Understand that in complex times we can tend to revert to “old/comfortable” thinking, but this is prime time to embrace diversity
  • Understand that current workplace changes may disadvantage women and minority groups, but there are options
  • Be comfortable having the discussions that can help uncover issues and work towards positive outcomes

Dr Bree Gorman is a Diversity and Inclusion consultant focused on turning good intentions into meaningful change. She works to enable organisations to build diverse work forces and create inclusive environments. This is done through strategy design and implementation, policy and initiative development, training and coaching.

Under Bree’s leadership, Deakin University was awarded a number of Diversity & Inclusion honours including three citations as a WGEA Employer of Choice.
